The problem: Six-bed HMO with an EICR due, mixed wiring ages and no interlinked alarms.
What we did: Full EICR with every circuit tested, C1 item made safe on the day, then a priced remedial schedule: new board, two rewired circuits and a mains-wired interlinked alarm system to the correct grade.
Result: Satisfactory certificate issued, licensing requirements met and the landlord got one document rather than a running list of emails.
