Our 12-Month Guarantee

Every job we do is backed for 12 months. If our work is not right, we come back and put it right, free. No arguing, no small print ambush. This page says exactly what that means.
The promise
For 12 months from the day we complete your job, our workmanship is guaranteed. If a fault appears in the work we did, tell us and we return to fix it at no cost to you. That is the whole promise.
It is written into our contract with you, in clause A7 of our terms, so it is enforceable, not a slogan.
What it covers
- Everything we installed, connected or altered on the job
- Faults in our workmanship, such as a loose termination or a mislabelled circuit
- The return visit, the diagnosis and the fix
What it does not cover
- Misuse or accidental damage after we left
- Work someone else has interfered with since
- Pre-existing faults in parts of the installation we did not touch
- Wear items such as lamps and batteries
Products we fitted carry their manufacturer’s warranty on top, and we will help you claim under it.
Scheme-backed protection
We are registered with a government-approved competent person scheme. Where the scheme provides a warranty or guarantee scheme covering notifiable work by its members, that protection applies in addition to our own guarantee. Ask us and we will send you the scheme’s current terms with your certificate.
How to claim
Call 07703 295654 and tell us what is happening. A photo by text speeds things up. We usually get back within the day, and urgent faults go through our 24/7 emergency line.
