Can you work outside trading hours?

Yes. Evening, night and weekend working is normal for shops, restaurants and offices that cannot lose trading time. We plan the shutdown windows with you before we start.

Do you take on maintenance contracts?

Yes. Planned inspection and testing, reactive callouts and a schedule of when each certificate expires, so nothing lapses and your insurer stays happy.

Are you insured for commercial sites?

Fully insured, NAPIT registered and DBS checked. We work on occupied premises, schools, care settings and landlord portfolios and can supply documentation for your site file.

How do you price commercial work?

Per job or per contract, quoted in writing off drawings or a site visit. Variations are priced and agreed before they are carried out, never added afterwards.
